Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") carefully before using the Archied website and application (the "Service") operated by Archied Inc. ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.


1. Description of Service

Archied is an AI-powered content generation and storage platform. The Service utilizes third-party large language models (LLMs) provided by a third-party AI provider (e.g., OpenAI, Google) and utilizes infrastructure provided by Vercel for hosting and Neon for database services (collectively, "Third-Party Providers").

2. User Content (Input)

"Input" means any content, text, data, or information you provide, upload, or input into the Service.

  • 2.1. Ownership of Input: You retain all ownership rights to the Input you provide to the Service.
  • 2.2. License to Input: By providing Input, you grant us and our Third-Party Providers a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, copy, modify, distribute, and process your Input solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and providing the Service to you.

3. AI Generated Content (Output)

"Output" means the text, data, or results generated and returned by the Service based on your Input.

  • 3.1. Ownership of Output: To the extent permitted by law, we assign to you all of our right, title, and interest in and to the Output generated based on your Input. This means you own the Output, and you are responsible for its use.
  • 3.2. Disclaimer of Accuracy and Reliability (CRITICAL):
    • The Service uses experimental and evolving technology. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or offensive.
    • You must not rely on the Output as a sole source of truth, factual information, or professional advice (e.g., legal, financial, medical).
    • You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating the accuracy and appropriateness of any Output before using, publishing, or sharing it.

4. Third-Party Services Disclaimer

The Service relies on the following Third-Party Providers:

  • Vercel: For application hosting and deployment.
  • Neon: For database services (PostgreSQL).
  • Third-Party AI Provider (e.g., OpenAI, Google): For Large Language Model processing.

4.1. No Liability for Third Parties: You acknowledge and agree that your use of the Service is also subject to the terms and policies of these Third-Party Providers. We disclaim all liability for any disruption, loss of data, errors, or security breaches arising from or related to the services provided by Vercel, Neon, or the Third-Party AI Provider.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service:

  • To violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
  • To generate or disseminate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or racially or ethnically objectionable.
  • To create content that infringes upon any third party's intellectual property rights, including copyright or trademark.
  • To reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or underlying architecture of the Service or the LLMs.
  • For any competitive research or to develop a competing product or service.
  • To upload or transmit any computer viruses, worms, or any software intended to damage or alter a computer system or data.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no warranty that:
- The Service will meet your requirements.
- The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
- The results obtained from the use of the Service, especially the Output, will be accurate or reliable.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Archied, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any Output generated by the Service; (iv) any content obtained from the Service; and (v) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ranchi, Jharkhand for the resolution of any disputes.
