Follow these instructions to request permanent deletion of your personal data from Archied in compliance with GDPR and DPDP Act, 2023

Warning: Permanent Action

Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, including automation flows, chat logs, and account settings will be permanently deleted from our systems.

How to Request Data Deletion

Send an email to our Grievance Officer with your deletion request:

Include the following information in your email:

•Subject: Data Deletion Request - Archied
•Registered Email: The email you used to sign up
•Instagram Username: Your connected account (if applicable)
•Confirmation: A statement requesting permanent deletion

What Data Will Be Deleted?

Account Information

•Name, email, and password
•Instagram/Facebook connections
•Profile preferences

Automation Data

•Automation flows & keywords
•Message logs & history
•Analytics & usage stats

Deletion Timeline

Step 1: Request Received

We'll acknowledge your request within 24 hours via email.

Step 2: Deactivation (24-48 hrs)

Your account is deactivated; access is revoked immediately.

Step 3: Data Deletion (30 days)

All personal data is permanently wiped from active databases.

Step 4: Complete Removal (90 days)

Data is cleared from backups. You receive final confirmation.

Important Information

• We may retain specific data for legal/regulatory compliance (e.g., tax records).

• Data shared with Instagram/Meta is governed by their own privacy policies.

• You can request to download your data before deletion.

• Requests are processed per GDPR and DPDP Act, 2023 standards.
